Sometimes it ends up being incredibly stupid, but sometimes it actually gets things rolling. Oh. Also, it helps if this free-association is done in the shower. I can't explain that other than, perhaps, it's like a Cone of Silence, and the concentration's better there. :) Best of luck to you!!
