You know how I so love to pick on commercials here at LoS?  Well, I saw a wonderful new commercial for some power lift chair thingy that lifts you up the stairs in your home when you get too old to climb them yourself.

The best part about this commercial was this line: “Afraid of falling down?  Well don’t!“  Wow, why didn’t I think of that.  If you don’t want to fall down and hurt yourself, DON’T!

That’s a wonderful way to live your life.  Let’s see what else that philosophy could apply to.

• Afraid of cancer?  Well don’t!
• Afraid of losing your job, your house, and your family?  Well don’t!
• I don’t like being poor.  Well don’t!

Holy shit.  I think I’ve found the answer to life.  “Well Don’t!”
